Role & Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing production projects by collecting data, analyzing facts, implementing solutions, and reviewing as necessary.
  • Minimize work stoppage and equipment downtime through prompt action.
  • Maintain supply inventory and request orders for new supplies in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the on-time completion of preventative maintenance documentation and related actions.
  • Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation, including work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to review quality data and report any issues.
  • Partner with supervisors and management on projects or assignments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Present findings and experiences to management at the conclusion of the internship period.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, review, and analyze information from various sources.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes. Capability to train, motivate, and provide direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
