Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Manufacturing Casting team using core analysis and engineering techniques.
- Design and map process flows, measure productivity, and conduct time studies.
- Collect and analyze data to identify and resolve manufacturing casting issues.
- Maintain and update documentation, including work instructions and procedure manuals.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve production problems.
- Present findings and experiences to management at the end of the internship.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Located at a college or university in Rhode Island.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Beginner level experience suitable for current students in relevant engineering fields.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
