Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production, execution, and global rollout of CVM assets across all stores.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of in-store assets that meet the highest quality standards of a global luxury brand.
  • Own and manage timelines for new store openings and global rollouts, collaborating with Development and Custom teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Graphics, Finance, Global Store Design, Store Planning, Visual Merchandising, Market Operations, and Logistics.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with global vendors.
  • Manage inventory planning for six display programs, ensuring optimal availability.
  • Lead the forecasting process, aligning distribution and inventory flow with market needs and company strategy.
  • Develop and implement systems to track display usage and manage obsolescence, replenishment, and re-ordering.
  • Conduct regular inventory productivity analyses to reduce excess stock and plan for upcoming demand.
  • Oversee global rollout budgets, serving as the primary point of contact for financial planning and cost management.
  • Partner with Procurement to develop competitive bidding strategies and negotiate bulk pricing and terms of service.
  • Drive continuous cost analysis and supplier evaluation to optimize spending while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure proactive updates on deliveries, replacements, and production status to regional and global teams.
  • Oversee communications with regional teams, managing requests effectively and ensuring delivery to standard.
  • Lead initiatives to transition to sustainable production methods, materials, and shipping practices.
  • Identify and source new vendors to support innovation, quality, and sustainability goals.
  • Manage the Coupa Procure-to-Pay system in partnership with the finance team.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive database to streamline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the CVM Production Team and freelance support.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of proven experience managing global production of visual merchandising display items and/or products.
  • 5-10 years of experience overseeing and tracking product and/or supply inventory and operations in a luxury, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • Experience overseeing a global production budget.
  • Strong track record of budget management, vendor negotiations, and global rollout execution.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to suggest efficiency and cost-effectiveness improvements.
  • Success in creating, following, and delivering within timelines and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with project and deadline changes and priority shifts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage a complex process.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and presenting ideas and information to a group.
  • Ability to travel as needed for store visits and installations.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor sources and craftspeople for materials, techniques, props, and fulfillment.

Experience
