Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees, serving as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
  • Support store operations to consistently achieve sales plans and deepen client relationships.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating brand ambassador qualities.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and report submissions.
  • Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.

Qualifications

  • Valid Security License
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in Canada

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position.
