Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
  • Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support store operations to achieve sales plans.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and report submissions.
  • Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Security License.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in security systems and protocols.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment.

Education

High School Diploma
