Tiffany & Co. seeks a Loss Prevention Professional (Part-time) in Ottawa — hourly $20.50–$27.83; ensure store security and exceptional client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees by deterring theft, responding to incidents and enforcing store security procedures.
  • Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients, delivering the Tiffany client experience and supporting sales through relationship-building.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and store management to investigate and report missing assets, execute incident management procedures and escalate emergencies.
  • Perform daily security operations and controls including inspections, alarm tests, key access management and equipment checks.
  • Execute back-of-house operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs and communications with the store team.
  • Apply Client Experience Behaviors (TEI program) and act on client feedback from Voice of Customer surveys to optimise in-store hospitality and amenities.

Qualifications

  • Valid Security License (required).
  • High School Diploma (required).
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada (required).
  • Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Customer service experience and basic computer skills (required).
  • Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and at least one year in a security-related role.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; preference given to candidates with retail security experience and at least one year in a security-related position.
