Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees, serving as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
  • Support store operations to achieve sales plans and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
  • Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities, optimizing client experiences based on feedback.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and report submissions.
  • Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with facilities repairs and communicate effectively with the store team.

Qualifications

  • Valid Security License
  • High School Diploma
  • Authorization to work in Canada

Skills

Basic computer proficiency Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position.

Education

High School Diploma
