Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate laser welding machinery with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Repair and build jewelry components using various metals such as Sterling Silver, 18K Gold, and Platinum.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with Tiffany & Co. standards.
  • Participate in new product development and process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through 6S housekeeping practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as files and scopes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Skills

Expertise in laser welding techniques. Understanding of metal heat conduction and Argon settings. Ability to perform first piece and in-process inspections. Strong communication skills in English. Adaptability to change and continuous improvement mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in laser welding or a related field.
