Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any safety incidents.
  • Execute laser engraving operations on Tiffany & Co. products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on engraving equipment.
  • Conduct problem-solving, adjustments, and minor repairs in collaboration with the tool room.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance, focusing on dimensional, aesthetic, form, fit, and function features.
  • Engage in new product development and propose continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop part-specific 2D and rotary programs from custom artwork and fonts.
  • Train other operators in laser engraver setup and operation.
  • Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Successful completion of Tiffany & Co. personalization skill test
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in laser engraving or a related field is required.
