Role & Responsibilities
- Polish all precious metal jewelry pieces to meet Tiffany & Co.'s production and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report incidents and safety issues to the supervisor.
- Execute all steps of the polishing process using the polishing motor on various shapes and sizes of precious metal components and finished goods.
- Perform brushing, felting, split-lap, flexible shaft, 3-M, Grind & Prep, laser welding, stoning, and dry wheel operations.
- Verify the accuracy of work orders and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
- Maintain attention to detail and focus on quality while polishing intricate Hollowware pieces and ensuring adherence to production requirements.

- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety protocols.
