Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and alterations on jewelry according to Tiffany & Co. standards.
  • Complete craft work adhering to quality and design standards, including complex setting and enameling.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards based on work mix and role.
  • Maintain organized orders and workspace, ensuring adherence to due dates.
  • Develop knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers and repair techniques.
  • Proactively seek and apply new skills for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and management for problem solving and process improvements.
  • Comply with health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe workstation.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining common areas and equipment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry repair
  • Experience in soldering, laser welding, and diamond setting
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work overtime and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry repair, with a preference for 5-10 years.

Education

Degree from a jewelry technical/design program or completion of Graduate Gemology courses preferred.
