Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and alterations on jewelry using techniques such as soldering, laser welding, and stone setting, adhering to Tiffany & Co. quality standards.
  • Inspect jewelry for defects and perform necessary repairs or escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and manage assigned orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and repair techniques.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and management to improve processes and share skills.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry repair
  • Experience in soldering and laser welding
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Experience
