Role & Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and alterations on jewelry using techniques such as soldering, laser welding, and stone setting, adhering to Tiffany & Co. quality standards.
- Inspect jewelry for defects and perform necessary repairs or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage assigned orders to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and apply knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, including designers, collections, and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to improve processes and share skills.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry repair
- Experience in soldering and laser welding
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
