Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions.
  • Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage.
  • Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.
  • Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and business partners to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
  • Work with external vendors for infrastructure-related services and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with current IT infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health.
  • Technical proficiency with Cisco/Meraki networking equipment and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365).
  • Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and Korean. Ability to work independently and coordinate projects. Process-oriented with strong attention to detail in infrastructure configurations. Flexible schedule with availability for after-hours support and on-call rotations. Customer service oriented with a focus on delivering reliable infrastructure services.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
