Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for messaging and collaboration tools.
  • Provide user training and support for Microsoft 365 and other related technologies.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support IT initiatives.
  • Participate in project assistance and contribute to innovative IT projects.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Support endpoint engineering for PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in managing technology stacks for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
  • Contribute to Active Directory and Identity Management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.

Skills

Technical support and troubleshooting skills. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of IT systems and networking is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
