Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR functions and partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality HR support.
  • Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Identify training needs and support talent development initiatives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Develop and deliver core HR services, including payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support employee relations and build trusted relationships across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian employment law.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple functions or markets.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner role.
