Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with VIC/VVIC clients, exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with market leaders to execute effective outreach for VIC clients.
  • Support new product launches, High Jewelry caravans, and ad hoc product events.
  • Partner with Market Vice President and Director of Client Relations on sales pipeline.
  • Understand client history and develop individual product positioning strategies.
  • Engage with potential VIC clients through community involvement.
  • Enhance selling skills and business acumen of High Jewelry Specialists.
  • Identify opportunities in High Jewelry knowledge and collections with store leadership.
  • Develop collateral for in-store client activations and virtual experiences.
  • Create new and creative ideas to animate stores during events and launches.
  • Work with production companies and vendors to execute client strategies.
  • Ensure appropriate client treatment during VIC appointments.
  • Host and enhance Blue Book and High Jewelry appointments.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in High Jewelry and Client Relations.
  • Flexible schedule with potential night and weekend availability.
  • Creative with a high taste level.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • GIA, GG, or AJP certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
