Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate high-end jewelry pieces in gold and platinum, adhering to Tiffany & Co.'s aesthetic and quality standards.
- Support the construction of new and repeatable high jewelry products according to project timelines.
- Perform cast cleaning, assembly, and repair of platinum and gold jewelry with diamonds and precious stones.
- Ensure the protection of all diamonds and precious stones to prevent damage.
- Improve efficiency by following prescribed routing steps and standard completion times.
- Communicate project status, issues, and concerns to management effectively.
- Verify the accuracy of work orders, including tracking location and high-value components.
- Comply with security operating procedures and ensure all materials and work orders are secured before exiting the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bench experience in high-end jewelry manufacturing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
