Role & Responsibilities
- Execute HJ development and workshop training programs in China.
- Assist in various training activities for the High Jewelry Department (HJD).
- Optimize and develop training materials for the HJD.
- Provide communication support and translation for the U.S. HJ training department.
- Expand the new client base and convert them into Tiffany HJ clients.
- Organize HJ client events, such as Friends of Friends.
- Collect, compile, and edit client research reports.
- Achieve an annual individual sales target of CNY 5M.
- Provide on-site support for HJ events.
- Handle logistics and procurement tasks for event preparation.
- Collect and organize post-event feedback.
- Assist with overseas events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Skills
Experience
Experience in sales and client relationship management within the luxury sector is preferred.
