Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for watch and High Jewelry collections for retail teams and relevant sales channels.
- Adapt global training materials to the LATAM markets where relevant.
- Support the rollout of learning initiatives and contribute to maintaining strong expertise across High Jewelry and watch categories.
- Collaborate with regional training teams to ensure product expertise is integrated into the overall learning journey.
- Serve as a product expert for watches and High Jewelry, supporting boutiques across the LATAM region.
- Partner with the global watch team and regional merchandising teams to reinforce product positioning and client engagement.
- Share insights from boutiques to help improve product knowledge, client experience, and sales opportunities.
- Support the integration of watch collections within regional High Jewelry events across LATAM.
- Provide product expertise and sales support to retail teams during events.
- Assist with sales coaching and ensure strong product storytelling across High Jewelry and watches.
- Monitor event performance and support follow-up on sales opportunities and deliveries.
- Partner with the Retail Excellence Director and regional sales teams to support business performance across LATAM.
- Collaborate with the global watch team in Geneva to maintain consistent product messaging.
- Provide field insights to support product development, marketing initiatives, and training improvements.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in retail, product training, or sales support within the luxury watch or jewelry industry.
- Strong interest in watchmaking and High Jewelry craftsmanship.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and support retail teams in developing product knowledge and client engagement skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to supporting business growth.
