Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement High Jewelry and VIP client development strategies in alignment with global directives.
  • Manage client recruitment and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Drive client engagement programs to enhance loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support sales target achievement.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend action plans.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of global and local High Jewelry events.
  • Ensure coordination with global stakeholders and local teams.
  • Translate global frameworks into impactful local activations.
  • Manage external vendors to ensure premium execution standards.
  • Oversee in-store activations and curated client experiences.
  • Manage and track event and program budgets.
  • Prepare performance reports and business updates.
  • Maintain accurate trackers related to clients, events, and sales impact.
  • Ensure operational alignment and process follow-up across teams.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or higher.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong English and Korean communication skills.
  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and reliability.
  • Proactive, positive, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for client experience and premium brand environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Experience
