Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement.
- Utilize analytics and market insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Retail Managers to build strategic customer development programs.
- Lead client development initiatives to foster a culture of relationship building and retention.
- Manage annual sales and profitability targets through disciplined business performance.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution and provide coaching.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and direction to the retail team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and develop top talent to strengthen future leadership pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury retail
- Proven record of driving commercial performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Korean
- High proficiency with MS Office and digital tools
