Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Design Director to create and implement brand and campaign visuals that uphold Tiffany's luxury heritage while introducing innovative perspectives.
  • Design across diverse platforms including print, digital, out-of-home (OOH), social media, packaging, and experiential marketing.
  • Contribute to the design of global exhibitions and large-scale activations, ensuring consistency with Tiffany’s brand identity.
  • Transform briefs into creative layouts, mockups, and final assets, balancing conceptual thinking with meticulous execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, global client relationship, and digital to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Assist in the development of toolkits, guidelines, and presentation materials for global initiatives.
  • Ensure precision and attention to detail in all deliverables, from initial design exploration to production-ready files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of professional design experience, preferably within branding agencies, advertising agencies, or luxury/fashion brands.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, and experiential design.
  • Ability to generate strong ideas and enhance creative concepts through execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication and presentation skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Strong skills in typography, layout, and brand identity systems. Understanding of both print production and digital asset creation. Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere) are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience is required, ideally within branding agencies, advertising agencies, or luxury/fashion brands.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
