Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate responses to incidents on company premises and special interest sites, utilizing appropriate communication methods and tools.
  • Analyze and escalate intelligence data to mitigate threats to company property and personnel.
  • Monitor and operate technical security systems to detect and respond to potential security issues.
  • Maintain daily operations of the GSOC to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Enforce departmental and company policies, completing reports and logs accurately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or 1-3 years of experience in a GSOC or similar environment.
  • High competency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and VMS platforms.
  • Effective communication skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Global Security Operations Center or similar command center environment.

Education
