Tiffany & Co. seeks a Global Performance Marketing Manager in New York to lead paid search and paid social performance strategy and measurement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the global performance marketing strategy for lower-funnel channels (paid search, paid social and conversion-driven channels), establishing global guidelines, testing frameworks and measurement plans.
  • Set, monitor and evolve global performance KPIs and benchmarks; consolidate regional results into coherent global performance narratives to inform investment decisions.
  • Translate regional performance into actionable, insight-led recommendations and drive continuous optimization to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes.
  • Act as the global centre of expertise for performance marketing best practices and promote a test-and-learn culture aligned with brand standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Media, Brand Marketing, Growth, and SEO/GEO leads to align upper- and lower-funnel strategies and identify integrated channel opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with technology platforms and partners (e.g., Google, Meta) to access innovation, beta programs and advanced measurement solutions.
  • Lead global performance reporting and analysis; translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and efficiency gains across markets and ensure performance activity supports a seamless client journey and brand elevation.
  • Balance commercial performance objectives with brand integrity, ensuring campaigns uphold luxury positioning and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in paid search and paid social.
  • Proven experience working across global or multi-market organizations; luxury, premium or brand-led environment experience strongly valued.
  • Agency background preferred, with exposure to managing cross-regional campaigns and platform partnerships.
  • Demonstrable ability to define KPIs, design measurement frameworks and present insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving optimization through testing and data-driven experimentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience
