Tiffany & Co. seeks a Global Client Relations VIE in New York — 18‑month in‑person contract focused on high‑end client acquisition and high‑jewelry events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support global strategies to identify, acquire and elevate high‑end clients by collaborating with Global teams to refine client advisor methodologies and client segmentation.
  • Analyse the high‑end client database to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and actionable recommendations to meet ambitious High Jewelry targets.
  • Conceive and contribute to bespoke client programs and in‑store activations that enhance personalised service and increase top‑tier client engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate and provide on‑site support for international high‑jewelry events and exclusive client appointments, ensuring impeccable hospitality and operational execution.
  • Prepare executive sales and event performance reports; translate CRM and event data into strategic insights and follow‑up actions.
  • Support the enhancement and adoption of client insight tools and CRM processes to maximise personalised outreach and appointment effectiveness.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analytical projects focused on global high‑end clienteling to inform business development and activation priorities.
  • Organise internal employee events in line with brand standards to reinforce corporate client relations capabilities and culture.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for the VIE program: French or EU citizen (not a U.S. citizen), aged 18–28, available full time in New York for the entire 18‑month assignment, and in good standing with national service obligations.
  • Demonstrable 3–5 years’ experience in high‑end client hospitality, luxury retail operations or strategic corporate roles servicing high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Proven experience organising and delivering HNW client events within a luxury context.
  • Fluent English (advanced verbal and business writing skills).
  • Deep understanding of the global luxury retail industry; specialised knowledge of high jewelry and watches is strongly advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical ability with experience translating data into strategic initiatives and commercial recommendations.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills; proven ability to influence diverse, cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑touch luxury environment and to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in high‑end client hospitality, luxury retail or corporate client strategy with a proven record of managing high‑net‑worth client events and driving client acquisition.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, luxury brand management, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
