Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute complex jewelry and stone work with high proficiency and quality.
  • Serve as a specialist in high jewelry stone setting, particularly with center and colored stones.
  • Assist in the technical development and training of new jewelers and technicians.
  • Engage in complex engineering projects for high-value jewelry pieces.
  • Design, fabricate, and complete various intricate jewelry modifications and repairs.
  • Support high jewelry events and provide client-facing services as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets Tiffany quality and design standards.
  • Maintain organization and productivity in handling orders and workspace.
  • Participate in technical training and development of co-workers.
  • Provide technical support for events, including new sale alterations.
  • Comply with health and safety requirements and contribute to a safe workshop environment.

Qualifications

  • Diamond and colored-stone setting experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Soldering and laser welding experience
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to inspire trust and professionalism
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in jewelry and stone setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree from a jewelry technical/design program is preferred.
