Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational rhythm and administrative infrastructure of the Chief Artistic Officer's office.
  • Protect the Chief Artistic Officer's time and ensure seamless coordination across the Design Studio and executive leadership team.
  • Maintain and strategically manage the executive's complex and fluid calendar.
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence and communications.
  • Manage the planning and execution of complex international travel itineraries.
  • Anticipate executive needs and prepare briefing materials for high-level meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to assess complex dynamics.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments.
