Distribution Planner Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and analyzing stock targets across boutiques using real-time data.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability in stores.
• Support the Merchandising team in reviewing product allocations and adjusting assortments.
• Identify stock imbalances and assist in regional rebalancing actions.
• Participate in new product launches, store openings, and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate stock movements during live market events.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze sales and inventory performance.
• Identify trends, stock gaps, and business opportunities.
• Create and tailor reports to communicate insights and drive decisions.
• Explore ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English.
• Knowledge of analytics or planning tools like Power BI, Anaplan, or Business Objects is a plus.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in July.
