Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) warehousing operations, optimizing the performance of regional distribution centers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and industry standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, providing regular reports and strategic adjustments.
- Develop and execute strategic logistics plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and drive logistics transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with broader business goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with warehouse service providers and transportation partners, negotiating contracts and driving continuous improvement.
