Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of business acumen through regular reporting on sales and client-related performance metrics.
  • Provide business intelligence to global leaders via trend analysis and competitive benchmarks.
  • Leverage data analysis to develop comprehensive 360-degree action plans.
  • Assist in developing and managing incentive programs to enhance business performance.
  • Create innovative dashboards to measure retail performance and provide insights.
  • Drive day-to-day business culture by creating retail performance tools and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR on FTE planning and productivity optimization.
  • Partner with regional teams to improve strategic KPIs such as conversion rate and client satisfaction.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on client obsession and personalization.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and adapt strategies to local needs.
  • Influence senior management with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in retail and operations within the luxury sector.
  • Profound understanding of retail operations and store environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Agility and entrepreneurial spirit in problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen and numerical agility.

Experience
