Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and strategic partnership across Corporate Functions, focusing on IT and Marketing.
  • Lead the annual budget cycle and strategic planning process, including capital expenditures.
  • Drive rigorous forecasting and performance management to optimize resource allocation.
  • Deliver insights that shape investment decisions.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to IT, Marketing, and other corporate leaders.
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and executive-level insights.
  • Lead the annual Budget process and its subsequent revisions, including capital expenditure.
  • Prepare and present financial planning materials for senior leadership.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and drive action plans.
  • Own the tracking and analysis of Marketing spend by geography and spend type.
  • Enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
  • Work closely with IT leaders in forecasting budgets and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and strategically manage corporate cost governance across various business units.
  • Ensure strong financial processes that support Corporate Function, IT, and Marketing.
  • Lead and develop the Corporate Function, IT, and Marketing finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A exposure.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Impeccable presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
  • People leadership experience, including coaching and team development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, and Anaplan.

Experience

Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, with significant FP&A and business partnering exposure.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.
