Role & Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and strategic partnership across Corporate Functions, focusing on IT and Marketing.
- Lead the annual budget cycle and strategic planning process, including capital expenditures.
- Drive rigorous forecasting and performance management to optimize resource allocation.
- Deliver insights that shape investment decisions.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to IT, Marketing, and other corporate leaders.
- Develop and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and executive-level insights.
- Lead the annual Budget process and its subsequent revisions, including capital expenditure.
- Prepare and present financial planning materials for senior leadership.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and drive action plans.
- Own the tracking and analysis of Marketing spend by geography and spend type.
- Enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
- Work closely with IT leaders in forecasting budgets and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead and strategically manage corporate cost governance across various business units.
- Ensure strong financial processes that support Corporate Function, IT, and Marketing.
- Lead and develop the Corporate Function, IT, and Marketing finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A exposure.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Impeccable presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
- People leadership experience, including coaching and team development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, and Anaplan.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, with significant FP&A and business partnering exposure.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.
