Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in curating and selecting products for the eCommerce site, including product listings and content stories.
  • Optimize product display and performance by analyzing and updating product sequences in both browse and search.
  • Review and suggest improvements for navigation, filters, and product recommendation guidelines based on usage data.
  • Prepare reports on product performance, site navigation, and other metrics.
  • Conduct competitive research on industry trends and digital tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to project management tasks for digital initiatives across global and regional teams.
  • Assist in updating and improving product details and imagery to ensure accurate and attractive presentation on the website.
  • Support the enhancement of product detail pages by refining content such as size guides.
  • Participate in pilot projects to test new formats and technologies, such as 3D content or augmented reality.
  • Support in the set-up of product launches and product catalogues for the eFlagship project.
  • Upload product details and imagery and perform QA checks prior to launch.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising.
  • Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program or recent graduation in 2025.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership, and influence management skills.
  • Excellent judgment to drive business performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Collaborative team-player.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills combined with operational excellence.
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Experience

1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising.

Education
