Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in curating and selecting products for the eCommerce site, including product listings and content stories.
- Optimize product display and performance by analyzing and updating product sequences in both browse and search.
- Review and suggest improvements for navigation, filters, and product recommendation guidelines based on usage data.
- Prepare reports on product performance, site navigation, and other metrics.
- Conduct competitive research on industry trends and digital tools and techniques.
- Contribute to project management tasks for digital initiatives across global and regional teams.
- Assist in updating and improving product details and imagery to ensure accurate and attractive presentation on the website.
- Support the enhancement of product detail pages by refining content such as size guides.
- Participate in pilot projects to test new formats and technologies, such as 3D content or augmented reality.
- Support in the set-up of product launches and product catalogues for the eFlagship project.
- Upload product details and imagery and perform QA checks prior to launch.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program or recent graduation in 2025.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership, and influence management skills.
- Excellent judgment to drive business performance.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Collaborative team-player.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills combined with operational excellence.
- Excellent time-management and organization skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or have graduated in 2025.
