Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and update service orders to meet delivery standards, including order logging, prioritization, and communication.
  • Manage parts inventory, perform cycle counts, and order parts from the US Tiffany Service Center.
  • Contribute to the completion of technical processes such as machine engraving, embossing, watch battery replacement, and bead stringing.
  • Act as a liaison for internal clients, addressing service inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist management with projects and ensure quality checks on completed orders.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with inventory management practices

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in an administrative business or technical environment.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
