Role & Responsibilities
- Process and update service orders to meet delivery standards, including order logging, prioritization, and communication.
- Manage parts inventory, perform cycle counts, and order parts from the US Tiffany Service Center.
- Contribute to the completion of technical processes such as machine engraving, embossing, watch battery replacement, and bead stringing.
- Act as a liaison for internal clients, addressing service inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist management with projects and ensure quality checks on completed orders.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative business or technical environment.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
