Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CVM Director to implement and execute regionally defined product strategies and initiatives in-store.
  • Ensure daily adherence to styling guidelines and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product initiatives within case lines and creative fixtures.
  • Train and inspire Commercial and Operational teams, participating in floor walks to provide insights balancing CVM standards with business needs.
  • Plan and implement creative CVM campaigns, ensuring impactful presentation of merchandise.
  • Manage the creative campaign ordering process, logistics, and installation.
  • Support high-profile selling events, product launches, and branding initiatives.
  • Maintain seasonal displays and décor.
  • Maximize CVM and Merchandising opportunities independently.
  • Regularly communicate CVM business opportunities to the CVM Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Portfolio submission required.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Proficient in navigating complex relationships.
  • Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies and props.
  • Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Reside within a reasonable commute to South Coast Plaza.
  • Appreciation for luxury retail settings.
  • Experience in theatre or color display lighting is advantageous.

Experience
