Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for corporate events, including pop-ups, PR events, large-scale HJ events, exhibitions, and internal meetings.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, logistics, guest management, catering, and on-site execution.
  • Create event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align events with company-wide goals.
  • Develop and implement event strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and public relations activities.
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated funds.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Identify and select appropriate vendors based on event requirements and budget.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning and managing corporate and PR events within the luxury segment, particularly in jewelry and watches.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Ability to unite teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
