Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to align with global brand positioning across various markets.
  • Oversee strategic planning and execution of interdisciplinary promotional efforts, including Communications, Media, PR, Influencer activities, and Brand Events.
  • Translate centrally developed brand concepts for local execution and manage interdependencies between regional functions.
  • Conduct and execute qualitative and quantitative market research, leveraging both local and central resources.
  • Assess and report on competitive and cultural trends, and develop strategies for identified trends, particularly focusing on Chinese customer initiatives.
  • Manage and direct advertising, media, and public relations teams within the region, maintaining strong relationships with key press and opinion leaders.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of brand voice across all touchpoints, including human resources, education, and real estate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing communications teams across multiple markets or regions.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing large-scale communications strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and analytical mindset.

Skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Diligence and attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, with proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple markets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
