Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree communication strategies that align with the global brand vision.
  • Serve as a key brand ambassador, ensuring all messaging reflects Tiffany's core values of love, inclusivity, and creativity.
  • Lead media advertising, public relations, and influencer strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Oversee website content, digital experiences, and internal communications to ensure consistency and engagement.
  • Manage project lifecycles from inception to execution, collaborating seamlessly with Retail, Creative, Legal, and other departments.
  • Develop and execute high-impact events to create memorable brand experiences.
  • Manage communication budgets and utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional relevance while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and embodying LVMH values.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a retail environment, preferably luxury.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve organizational goals. Proven track record in executing 360 marketing campaigns. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and media. Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a management role within a retail environment, preferably luxury.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
