Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in project review and technology support meetings.
- Engage in incident and problem review opportunities.
- Update technology standards and documentation.
- Assist with cloud modernization and FinOps initiatives.
- Manage public cloud inventory and update ServiceNow CMDB configuration items.
- Perform database inventory and classification reviews.
- Contribute to asset inventory reconciliation.
- Participate in IT project review meetings and incident response activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on computer science or information technology.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of IT operations is beneficial.
Education
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
