Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution for in-store, virtual, and regional client events, focusing on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences.
  • Enhance client experiences in-store, ensuring high-quality execution and monitoring.
  • Create exceptional client gestures and gifting initiatives, managing orders and allocations.
  • Collaborate with regional teams from ideation to execution of events.
  • Develop events calendar, new concepts, and activation strategies.
  • Project manage event production, including creative concepts, venue sourcing, and logistical issues.
  • Work with outside vendors and research new ideas and trends within the industry.
  • Monitor event performance, produce analytical reports, and maintain photo records.
  • Provide creative and logistical support for store events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities on client experience topics.
  • Plan and oversee budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the development of clienteling programs and strategies.
  • Build strategies for client outreach and engagement through various communication channels.
  • Drive partnership initiatives and prospect for new high jewelry clients.
  • Collaborate with CRM analytics team for client data strategy and support.
  • Provide exceptional client service and resolve client complaints as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Driven, energetic, and independent with luxury retail experience.
  • Full understanding of the marketplace and client demographic.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion and creativity for client relationship building.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.

Education
