Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze client data and CRM programs to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Track the success of major sales events and client activities in collaboration with retail teams.
  • Generate client lists and reports, coordinating with global teams as necessary.
  • Provide insights from data analysis, including market and competitor information.
  • Support retail teams with creative and logistical assistance for in-store events.
  • Assist with follow-up activities for events and programs, including client development initiatives.
  • Manage regional orders and allocations for client gifting initiatives.
  • Contribute to the regional coordination of overseas events to enhance the client experience.
  • Compile and support the preparation of strategy and events presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive.

Experience
