Client Relations Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate and develop programs, strategies, and service support related to events.
- Assist the Director of Client Development with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects.
- Manage and distribute the Southwest Events calendar.
- Support client gifting initiatives.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and research new vendors, ideas, and industry trends.
- Oversee billing for client activations and manage event budgets to track spending efficiently.
- Contribute to major event recaps, calendars, and timelines.
- Engage in cross-functional partnerships to ensure smooth logistics from planning to on-site execution.
- Support local North America retail teams by communicating global directives and providing guidance on event plans, budgets, and branding.
- Compile and prepare strategy decks.
- Provide creative and logistical support for store events.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion and creativity for building client relationships.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task.
