Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and execution of a dynamic client development and retention strategy.
  • Co-develop and drive an annual Client Engagement Calendar.
  • Use CRM data and local knowledge to build segmented engagement journeys.
  • Translate strategy into action through bespoke activations and curated gifting programs.
  • Partner with the sales team to champion the Prospect Plan.
  • Track and support client conversion journeys.
  • Network with concierge teams, hotel partners, corporate clients, and private clubs.
  • Lead weekly Clienteling Huddles to spark new ideas and review KPIs.
  • Train and mentor the team on advanced CRM usage and personalized selling techniques.
  • Extract and interpret client data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  • Act as a Tiffany Cultural Attaché, enriching clients' connection to the brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably in a high-traffic flagship environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Refined understanding of GCC, expatriate, and global HNWI profiles.
  • Fluency in CRM platforms, with expertise in segmentation and predictive personalization.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

Experience
