Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client development strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive a high-performance clienteling culture.
  • Utilize CRM insights to support commercial actions and enhance retail team capabilities.
  • Set and monitor clienteling goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with market activities.
  • Identify high-potential clients and maximize opportunities for special events.
  • Leverage multi-channel communications to increase store traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with Korea's data privacy laws and manage customer data capture.
  • Partner with various teams to manage client correspondence and communication.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in client engagement, CRM, or clienteling within luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to conduct high-level customer analysis and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills with management and retail staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills in a team environment.
  • Agility and entrepreneurial spirit to find innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Korean, both written and verbal.

Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence teams. Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools. Knowledge of the luxury retail market and clienteling practices. Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in client engagement, CRM, or clienteling within luxury retail or hospitality is required.
