Role & Responsibilities

  • Champion and implement the Client Development Roadmap within regional store teams.
  • Leverage regional data to enhance client acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and execute client development action plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to store leadership through regular visits and communications.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to assess results and ensure adherence to clienteling behaviors.
  • Identify opportunities in clienteling and performance to drive immediate impact.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on new Client Development initiatives and tools.
  • Support teams in the effective use of clienteling tools.
  • Share regional insights and best practices with the North American Retail Excellence team.
  • Analyze data to identify business opportunities and guide store leaders in client development strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
  • Proven track record in cultivating strong client relationships and driving client loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Inspiring and trusted leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Preferred: A college/university degree.
