Role & Responsibilities

  • Champion and implement the Client Development Roadmap across regional stores.
  • Establish a culture prioritizing client engagement and long-term relationship building.
  • Utilize regional data to develop client strategies that align with North America brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to create and execute client development action plans.
  • Provide continuous support through regular store visits and communication.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to assess and enhance clienteling practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in clienteling and performance.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on new Client Development initiatives.
  • Support teams in the effective use of clienteling tools.
  • Share insights and best practices with the North American Retail Excellence team.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in sales and clienteling within an omnichannel luxury environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred: A college or university degree.
