Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt and execute the Global Client Development strategy for the Hong Kong market.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Design and implement high-touch client experiences tailored to local expectations.
  • Lead the Client Development Roadmap with a comprehensive approach.
  • Utilize data to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Empower Client Advisors to build long-term client relationships.
  • Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to support client development initiatives.
  • Manage the Client Development budget to optimize resource allocation.
  • Enhance retail actions and tools to improve client acquisition and loyalty.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of client development programs.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Client Development team.
  • Promote a culture of personalization and client obsession across the retail network.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, or client experience leadership.
  • Strong understanding of retail/store operations.
  • Proven project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
  • Deep understanding of client behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
