Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt and execute the Global Client Development strategy for the Hong Kong market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Design and implement high-touch client experiences tailored to local expectations.
- Lead the Client Development Roadmap with a comprehensive approach.
- Utilize data to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Empower Client Advisors to build long-term client relationships.
- Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to support client development initiatives.
- Manage the Client Development budget to optimize resource allocation.
- Enhance retail actions and tools to improve client acquisition and loyalty.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of client development programs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Client Development team.
- Promote a culture of personalization and client obsession across the retail network.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, or client experience leadership.
- Strong understanding of retail/store operations.
- Proven project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
- Deep understanding of client behaviors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 8 years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership roles, with a strong understanding of retail operations.
