Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to enhance client outreach.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to build lasting relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently creating memorable client moments.
  • Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors during every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with a diverse client base. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
