Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding retail performance to achieve sales targets and service KPIs through consultative client engagement.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring adherence to store procedures, product presentation standards and accurate inventory control.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Tiffany’s standards of appearance, hospitality and luxury guest experience at all times.
  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues to foster a trusting, professional team environment and complete required trainings.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to build loyalty, drive repeat business and participate in store events and clienteling activities.
  • Receive and respond to client inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary to preserve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail or client-facing roles, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality or high-end service environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results and developing customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and polished personal presentation.
  • High level of responsibility, organisational ability and capacity to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to serve a diverse client base and adapt to changing commercial priorities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and professional email communication workflows.
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing experience, with preference for candidates with demonstrated success in luxury goods, hospitality or high-end service environments.

Education

High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, hospitality or a related field preferred.
