Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and drive business growth.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to enhance client outreach.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through effective client data capture.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences, elevating the Tiffany brand.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.
Education
A college or university degree is preferred.
