Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate both new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Embrace client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.
